Located on Lake Waconia and the Snake River in Pine City, Waterford has two properties that can host large groups. We also accept other requests like photo/video shoots, reunions, meetings, and more.
We do not allow events to be hosted on our properties, but often have guests attending nearby weddings or events stay at our properties. Get in touch to learn more about how your large group can use our spaces.

Two tiny cabins in the woods for your whole family - including the 4 legged ones! Spend time together while having your own private space. Located on the Snake River with 130' of direct shoreline. Kayaks and tubes included. Up to 11 guests.

Two Lakefront Homes
Perfect spot for your family to hang out and enjoy the lake! Or maybe you'd rather spend time with friends, but still have a little privacy. Homes are located next to each other in a quiet neighborhood. Both have docks, SUPs and kayaks for your use. There is a pontoon available for daily rent. Up to 16 guests.
